       KYC Documents:

Identity Proof - Passport / PAN card / Voter’s Identity Card / Driving License / Identity card with applicant's Photograph issued by Government, Aadhar Card.

Address Proof - Passport / PAN card / Voter’s Card / Driving License / Latest Utility bill (electricity, telephone, postpaid mobile phone, piped gas, water bill) / Property Tax receipt / Bank or Post Office savings bank account statement / Letter of allotment of accommodation issued OR Leave and license agreements issued by Government to the employee.

Signature Proof - Driving licence / Passport / PAN Card / Bankers Verification / Registered Sale deed / Government Employee ID card.

Documents for Salaried

1. KYC Docutments

2. Last 6 Months Salary Slip or Salary Certificate

3. Copy of last 2 years Form 16 or IT Return.

4. Bank Statement for the last 1 Year of the salary account.

5. Appointment letter if current job tenure is less than 1 year

6. Statement of Account (SOA) {Old Loan Summary} if Applicable

7. SOA (Statement of Account): Repayment Track Record for 1 year for existing loan.

8. NOC of loan closed within 1 year.

Documents for Self Employed

1. KYC Documents

2. 3 Years ITR (Income Tax Return) along with Computation of Income, CA certified Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.

3. Business Proof : Shop & Establishment License / VAT Registration or any other mandatory license / registration or old ITRs evidencing business

4. Partnership Deed, Memorandum of Associations, Articles of Association  (if applicable)

5. Bank Statement for the last 6 months for the Savings Account & Current Account, O/D Account.

6. Tax Deduction Certificate / Form – 16A (if applicable)

7. Tax audit report of individual partnership & company

8. Advance Tax paid / Self Assessment Tax paid challan

9. Degree Certificate in case of Professional.

10. SOA (Statement of Account): Repayment Track Record for 1 year for existing loan.

11. NOC of loan closed within 1 year.
